1.       Call the Center (610)434-2301
for an appointment with the Main Office.

2. Enrollment Forms may be downloaded from your computer prior to your daycare visit. 

To Download Forms:
 

   *Additional Forms will need to be filled out upon enrollment. 

3.       The child should attend the interview with either parent if possible.

4.       If parents decide they would like to enroll the child and the Director or Manager indicates that the child would be accepted, all forms must be completed and payments made. 

5.       A registration fee of $25.00 must accompany the application. 

6.       At this time, a place in the enrollment is assured.

7.  You will have 30 days from your child's first day to provide the main office with current physical and immunization records which is a

state requirement.

8.       Needed on the first day:

a.     First week’s tuition payment.

b.     Full change of clothes, properly marked.
