Late Payment Fines

Tuition fees are due no later than Monday at pick up time.  Tuition that is not paid by Monday pickup of the week of service will be subject to a late charge of $5.00.  Parents who tuition checks are returned by the bank for NSF (non-sufficient funds), will be charged a re-deposit/Bounce check fee of $25.00.  If a parent bounces 2 checks in a 6 month period, they will be required to pay by money order or cash.

Late Pick Up Fine

It is expected that parents will pick up their child at the approximate time stated on the fee agreement.

Please do not drop off your child earlier than 6:30 a.m. The teachers do not start until then.

Please be sure that you pick up your child before the scheduled hour of closing (6:00 p.m. for daytime care; 11:30 p.m. for Nighttime care).  If you are going to be late, call the school and be prepared to pay each adult waiting for your arrival. The late fine is $1.00 for every minute late.  This is a per child fine (not a fee) and is designed to discourage late pickups.

Please understand that if you need for your child to stay past 6:00 p.m., you will need to notify the center BEFORE.  Children that are not scheduled to stay for evening care MUST be picked up by 6:00 p.m. to avoid a late pick-up fee.  **There is an additional charge for evening care.

Please be considerate to staff that are waiting for you to pick up your child.  These staff members have a schedule to meet at home and need to leave work promptly at closing time to meet their commitments.  It is important that you PAY THE LATE FINE IMMEDIATELY.  If you do not pay the late charge immediately, the late charges will be added to your next weekly bill.

Chronic late pickups may result in loss of enrollment
