Bright Futures Child Care

 Priorities in Care

Children who are registered as Full Time students have placement priority.  We do our best to accommodate parental schedules for part time registration on an individual basis, as space permits.

Our objective is to provide the best possible care for your child.  Our staff may feel the special help is needed to maximize your child's potential, and we may request that your child be examined by a medical specialist to assure that there is no physical basis for a problem.
We
also occasionally will recommend evaluation through the Early Intervention Program for children under the age of three (610)740-1307 Lehigh County and (610) 974-7500 Northampton County; or through the Intermediate Unit over the age of three (610) 799-4111 Carbon/Lehigh Counties or (610) 252-5550 in Northampton County.  Both of these programs provide a comprehensive evaluation which is designed to identify delays in a child's normal progress.  They could include speech, hearing, cognitive or behavioral problems or delays.  Other programs available include the Wrap-Around Program and Unconditional Child Care.  Many of these programs are available without any cost to the family.  We reserve the right to require that the parents pursue one or more of these programs as a requirement of continued enrollment for their child.
